1. Introduction
The main component of Silicon nitride Si3N4 ceramic tailored radiation tubes / pipes with chemical resistance is silicon nitride, its chemical formula is Si3N4, which is an important structural ceramic material. Silicon nitride is a super-hard atomic crystal that has lubricity and wear resistance; it can resistant oxidation at high temperature and can resist the impact of cold and heat, and this NSIC protection tube will not crack under rapid cooling and then rapid heating after heating in the air to over 1000ºC.

 

The Silicon nitride Si3N4 ceramic tailored radiation tubes / pipes with chemical resistance  is extremely resistant to high temperature, and its strength can be maintained at a high temperature of 1200 ° C . It will not be melted after being heated, and will not decompose until 1900 ° C. It has amazing chemical resistance and can withstand almost all inorganic acids and caustic soda solutions below 30% , are also resistant to corrosion by many organic acids and are not wetted or corroded by many molten metals or alloys such as aluminum, lead, tin, silver, brass, nickel, etc.  It is a high-performance electrical insulation material, silicon nitride protection tube has been welcomed by the market due to its own unique advantages.
