Aluminum titanate is a new material with extremely low thermal expansion coefficient and high melting point. It is the best one with high temperature resistance in low expansion materials.Aluminum titanate also has good alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, non-wetting to metals and glasses, and can withstand from room temperature to 1400 ° C.So it can be widely used in harsh environments with excellent performance.
Application:
Aluminum titanate materials are widely used in non-ferrous metals, steel, automotive, military, chemical, medical, etc. fields.Such as,metal cutting tools,molds,engine parts, cylinder liners,exhaust pipes,turbine blades, turbine rotors and various insulation materials.
Sprue bush is a gate which located between the riser tube and mould bottom. During the casting process, the molten alloy can be filled in the casting mould smoothly and the inclusions can be removed.
Compared with traditional metal material,aluminium titanate sprue bush has good corrosion resistance, non-sticking with molten aluminium,better thermal insulation and high temperature resistance, which effectively guarantees the temperature of the feeding channel and improves the production efficiency.The quality of casting products are also improved and the solidified scrap weight is only half that of the traditional metal materials.
