Alumina Ceramic Heaters are produced by implementing unique metallization and ceramic lamination processes. Due to the advanced manufacturing techniques utilized in the electric element, Alumina Heaters can provide higher reliability than ever before.Currently, applications include use as innovative types of heaters in the automotive, medical and semiconductor industries.

MCH ceramic heating sheet is laminated and vacuum treated, and then the metal and ceramics are co-fired at a high temperature of about 1650ºC, and then welded with lead wires. It becomes a heating element of medium and low temperature. This kind of heating element is another new product after alloy electric heating wire and PTC heating element advantages: 1. Rapid temperature rise, 10 seconds up to the rated 100ºC~230ºC; 30 seconds up to 500ºC~700ºC. 2. High thermal efficiency, energy saving, no pollution, in line with environmental requirements. 3. Uniform heat, no open fire, safe to use. 4. The heater is in the vacuum state, and the heater is resistant to acid, alkali and harmful gases. 5. Long service life and small power attenuation.
