What is ceramic metallization?
Metallization on technical ceramics is composed by two major components. It consists of glass phase (manganese) and metal particles (molybdenum (Mo) or tungsten (W)). The metal layer on surface will adhere to the surface of ceramic parts tighl after sintering inside introduced atmosphere furnace. Then the ceramic to metal components could be brazed together.
What is alumina metallized ceramics?
The regular of metallized ceramics are made from high purity alumina, mainly including 95%, 99% and 99.5% purities. A varity of customized ceramic parts could be produced in order to reaching different applications, meanwhile, the metallization will be applied on the designated section in order to achieving brazing connection use between ceramics and metal components.
